In this day and age, people are very passive on doing voluntary works. They mostly receive notices and posters from public websites, schools, companies or even referred by friends on doing social services. They won’t have much active opportunities to seek voluntary works easily. Like aggressively searching and contacting the NGOs. Consequently, some NGOs may lack of volunteers on supporting their events. Moreover, there is no online platform for donations of money. The traditional methods could not enhance the donation process. Furthermore, charity sales required huge venues like NGOs’ offices, shops and even a charity sales event. It leads to high costs burden to the organizers. The profits of goods received for charity purpose will be truly diluted.
Therefore, eVolsystem facilitates an online system for donations(E-Donation System), charity goods exchange (E-Bazaar System) and voluntary works(E-Volunteers Recruitment System) between volunteers, charity organizations, NGOs and donors.
