Biography:
Mr. Chan Hung, commonly known as Principal Chan, was the founding principal of a Direct Subsidy Scheme (DSS) secondary school, the Secretary of the Hong Kong DSS Secondary Schools Association and the Vice Chairman of the Hong Kong Private Schools Association. In order to provide equal and comprehensive learning support for the underprivileged and abandoned students, Principal Chan decided to step down and established the ‘Principal Chan Free Tutorial World’ in 2011, providing free tutorial services and other educational support to the under-privileged children.
