As a teacher, your voice is one of your most valuable assets. Let’s learn how to PROTECT and PROJECT your voice effectively!
As a teacher, you may exhaust your vocal cords during lectures. At the end of the class, your voice may become hoarse, which could definitely affect the teaching quality. Obviously, your voice is one of your most valuable assets! Let’s learn how to PROTECT and PROJECT your voice effectively (especially speaking for three or even six hours a day)!
This workshop is designed for us, in the educational setting, especially if:
- – you go home with a hoarse or raspy voice;
- – you want to produce optimal voice when teaching;
- – you love yourself and your voice enough.
Speaker:
Dr Janet Ng
Senior Clinical Associate, Speech Therapy Unit, Department of Chinese and Bilingual Studies, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University
