Abstract
“ Where2go” is a mobile application for tourists and local customers. It shows the status and the waiting time of restaurant. More importantly, it suggests places to the customers while waiting. It is a B2C model that brings the restaurant and shopping mall together. Tourists will receive the information of shopping mall nearby. The apps aim to give some suggestion of places while tourists waiting for the seat or table in a restaurant. The most highlighted point is restaurants can save the customer from choosing another restaurant. Also, our application increases the consumers of the shopping mall. As a consequence, our application boosts the tourism industry.
