In close collaboration with Dr Sally Cheung from the Department of Management, the Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL) conducted the GenAI Empowered Creativity Workshop on 16 October 2025 for students of MGT3013 International Management. Facilitated by Charlotte Lee and Kelvin Wan, the two back-to-back sessions engaged over 60 students in exploring how Generative AI (GenAI) can enhance creativity, communication, and innovation in international business contexts.
The workshop introduced students to the C.R.A.F.T. Framework — Context, Role, Action, Format, and Tone — a practical approach to designing effective AI prompts. Through hands-on activities in image generation, video creation, and storytelling, students learned to apply GenAI tools thoughtfully and ethically in their group projects.
The event reflected strong collaboration between CTL and the Department of Management in fostering AI literacy, creative confidence, and responsible innovation across the HSUHK community.
