CTL Colleague Awarded Fellowship (FHEA) by Advance HE

Ms LEE Ching Ching, Charlotte, Senior Instructional Designer of the Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL), has recently been awarded Fellowship (FHEA) by Advance HE in recognition of her professional practice and contributions to teaching and supporting learning in higher education.

Advance HE Fellowship is an internationally recognised professional accreditation aligned with the Professional Standards Framework (PSF 2023). Fellowship recognises individuals who demonstrate effective and inclusive approaches to teaching and supporting learning, as well as a commitment to continuing professional development in higher education.

At HSUHK, Charlotte has been actively involved in supporting digital learning initiatives and enhancing teaching and learning experiences through the integration of educational technologies. Her work includes designing and delivering professional development workshops, supporting colleagues and students in the effective use of digital learning tools, and exploring innovative approaches to learning experience design, including the application of generative artificial intelligence in education.

Throughout the Fellowship application process, Charlotte received valuable guidance and support from Mr Kelvin Wan (SFHEA) and Ir Dr George Ho (FHEA) who served as her mentors and fellowship advisors.

CTL congratulates Charlotte on this professional achievement and looks forward to her continued contributions to teaching and learning at the University.
