Since its establishment in the 2014-15 academic year, the HSUHK Teaching Excellence Awards have been presented annually to distinguished teachers in recognition of their outstanding performance in teaching, dedication to continuous improvement in pedagogy, and significant contributions to teaching and learning. By 2025, more than 50 faculty members from different schools and departments have received the awards.
Following a rigorous selection process, four distinguished teachers were selected for the 2024-25 academic year. To celebrate their achievements, a presentation ceremony was held on 29 January 2026 during the 4th College Assembly of the 2025-26 academic year. During the event, Professor Simon Ho, President of HSUHK, accompanied by Professor Joshua Mok, Provost and Vice-President (Academic and Research), presented the awards.
