The seminar includes a visit to the Virtual Reality Centre (VRC) at Room 411, S.H. Ho Academic Building.
Abstract:
In the years of digital transformation, one of the HSUHK’s strategic goals is to integrate emerging technologies into curricula and teaching and learning process. It is essential for our teachers and students to share the vision of e-learning. In this seminar, we will share the vision of e-learning in HSUHK as well as e-learning platforms such as Moodle, Ms Teams, MOOC, as well as various emerging e-learning tools. The online teaching and learning pedagogy will be also discussed with the enhanced experiences through virtual reality technologies.
The seminar is one of the sessions of the “Induction Programme for New Academic Staff 2020”.
