Event Highlights
The Virtual Reality Centre hosted the 6th Virtual Reality Week from 9 to 13 September 2024, attracting 110 staff members and students who engaged in 15 immersive experience sessions. This event was designed to showcase the state-of-the-art Virtual Reality (VR) facilities available on campus and highlight the innovative VR scenes developed for teaching and learning purposes.
Participants explored a diverse range of topics through sessions categorised into three compelling themes: Heritage and Arts, Aviation and Maritime Logistics, and Journalism and Finance, discovering the transformative potential of VR technology in various fields.
