Event Highlights
On 5 June 2026, the Service-Learning Section of the Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL) held the Service-Learning Excellence Awards Ceremony cum Student Forum, celebrating outstanding service-learning achievements by students and teachers.
The ceremony was officiated by Professor Jeanne Fu, Vice-President (Learning and Student Experience), and Dr Ben Cheng, Director of CTL. This year, 24 module instructors, nearly 100 students from 22 project teams, and 11 Service-Learning Ambassadors were recognised for their impactful contributions.
The subsequent Student Forum featured insightful sharing by Dr Jessie Cheung, Assistant Professor from the Department of Management; and Ms Jessica Mo, Lecturer from the Department of Social Science, alongside student project presentations that demonstrated meaningful community impact.
